What types of materials do you use?

All of our products are made from recycled or waste productions. The Eco-Artisan collection of dog collars and leashes is made from recycled plastic (R-PET) from water bottles and other plastic waste collected in Italy. We will be adding dog beds and matching human bed covers soon. Sign up to get announcements about new products.

Are your products recyclable?

Yes! Actually, we want to do it for you. Please contact us for a return label once you are finished with your items. We will disassemble them and make sure all components get to the correct recycling plant.

Is the packaging sustainable?

Yes, we are part Prana’s Responsible Packaging Movement and have committed to sustainable packaging practices. We do not use any plastic and our mailer bags and boxes are made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified materials that meet rigorous social and environmental standards.

How do I clean my product?

Leashes, collar and harnesses are best washed by hand in lukewarm water with a dab of dish soap or laundry detergent. Serious mud might need a light scrub with an old toothbrush. Hang each piece to dry.

Where are your products made?

Our leashes, collars and harnesses are made in Germany from Italian materials.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

We will send an email to the email address associated with your order when you place your order. This will come from info@seawoof.com. Haven’t received it? Please check your spam folder and then email us and we can verify your email address was entered correctly and resend.

Can I change, add to, or cancel my order?

Yes! If you need to make changes to your order (shipping address, billing information, discounts, etc.) or cancel your order, please email info@seawoof.com with your order number and desired change within 1 hour of purchase and we can accommodate your request.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you don’t have to create an account, you can check out with a guest account but creating an account saves time on future purchases.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks or cash.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order as soon as your order ships. We will include tracking info in this email, typical order processing times are 1-2 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping is free for orders over $100. Shipping fees for orders under $100 are based on current USPS & UPS rates for Standard and Expedited services.

What is your return policy?

Returns are easy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Click here initiate a return. Please include your order number and we'll send you a return label. All merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging; the condition of the product will be at the discretion of Seawoof.

We are in Richmond, California just north of Berkeley and across the bay from San Francisco. We do not have a retail shop (yet).
